Its name 'Cheruku' means sugarcane in Telugu, and it lives up to its name with its sweetness
The fruit is oblong-shaped and medium-sized, with a greenish-yellow colour when unripe, and it ripens into a bright yellow hue
The pulp is fibrous and juicy, with a beautiful orange-yellow colour, making it perfect for juice extraction
Juice can be extracted and frozen for later consumption.
Each box weighs 2.9 to 3.1 kg gross. The other variant is of 1.5 kg gross.
